Patient Addresses

Go to Admin > Patients > View Patient Profile > Addresses Tab

The dispensary Admin can add or modify a patient address and the individual practitioner can add or modify patient addresses in their practitioner account. Patients can add an address to a patient account if the patient account is ON.

You can have multiple patient addresses for shipping purposes. (Example: Home, Office, Vacation) 

1. Find/Search for the Patient

2. View their Profile

3. Select the Addresses Tab

4. Click on “Add New Address”

5. Fill out the Form to add a new address

6. Press Save & Verify the Information was saved
